Bar of Desserts – Order Process & Payment Policy
Initial Consultation & Booking Process
During our initial discussion, we’ll cover the following details:
- Type of event
- Cakes or desserts needed
- Preferences and suggestions
- Flavors, styles, fillings, and quantities
- Event date, time, and location
A quote will be provided within 24 hours of our consultation.
Once the quote is accepted and a signed agreement is received, a formal invoice will be sent.
Please sign and return the invoice within 24 hours to confirm your booking.
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required with the signed invoice to reserve your date.
PAYMENT POLICY
SHORT NOTICE ORDERS **Restrictions Apply***
- Rush fee applies to all short notice orders
- Must be placed at least 1 week in advance
- Full payment due at time of order
SPECIAL EVENTS/THEME PARTIES
- 50% non-refundable booking fee required at time of order
- Remaining balance due 2 weeks before the event
WEDDING CAKES
- Minimum 3 months' notice required
- 50% non-refundable booking fee due at signing
- Remaining balance due 1 month before the event
